Radixact: Advanced Radiation Therapy for Cancer Treatment
Radixact is an advanced radiation therapy system for cancer treatment, used in only a few centers worldwide. Tomotherapy precisely targets the tumor with radiation, reducing the impact on healthy tissues. It tracks tumor movement and adjusts the beam, minimizing side effects. When planning therapy, the oncologist determines the radiation dose and selects the necessary number of tomotherapy sessions. Dosimetric planning calculations are performed by a team of highly qualified specialists. Decision-making can take several days. Radixact allows patients to recover faster after treatment and return to normal life. This progressive approach to tomotherapy is also a more comfortable method of combating oncological diseases.
Effective Oncology Therapy
The new generation spiral radiation therapy is a feature of Radixact. This tomotherapy irradiates tumors of any location, allowing the treatment of large and small, single or multiple tumors.
Precision Impact on Cancer Cells
The Radixact equipment combines a linear accelerator and a CT scanner for precise tumor visualization. High precision minimizes the radiation dose to surrounding healthy tissues, which can significantly reduce the most common side effects of radiation therapy, such as fatigue or skin problems.
Painless Treatment
Radixact® technology is aimed at combating cancer tumors. The device precisely targets cancer cells while protecting the healthy tissues around them. Protecting healthy tissues minimizes the risk of cancer recurrence.
